Finance committee  Yes, very much so. One word that's been bandied about in the construction sector for quite some time is “green”, in terms of infrastructure. Well, the truth is, what we need to do is infrastructure that is necessary for economic efficiency. What has happened with the term “green infrastructure” is that fewer people are allowed to compete on the same project, which essentially has increased the cost of infrastructure across the country.
