Veterans Affairs committee  It's probably, given their age.... It's not asked. It's just caregiving in general. We don't know exactly what caregiving they're doing, but given their average age at release, it's likely to be children. It could be parents as well, but it's much more likely to be children. They may potentially be releasing to start to have children.
