When there were additional requests for resources, we were inquiring as to how they were going to use those additional resources. For us to get additional resources, we'd have to go outside of Ontario and Quebec, so we wanted to make sure there was a plan in place to use those resources.

Some of the individuals in the companies were very worried about their safety and their livelihood, and they were experiencing a lot of harassment.
