Business of Supply  The Leader of the Opposition has been advocating for three things. He has been advocating for better information, for rapid testing and for vaccines. Could he tell the Canadian public about his plan to deliver certainty for Canadians?

Health  Is her incompetence or the Prime Minister's the reason why, 10 months into COVID, we do not have any details on vaccine distribution?

Health  Speaker, today the Prime Minister said that it would be September before most Canadians would be able to get a COVID-19 vaccine, but the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs said early January, and then just January. Today, the Deputy Prime Minister said before the summer. My question is for the health minister.

Health  The Prime Minister said on Friday that it would be September before most Canadians would have access to a vaccine. Does the Prime Minister think it is appropriate for Canadians to have to wait until September to have their charter rights to worship respected?

Health committee  One of the things the procurement minister said was that if you had an inability to do the job, Canada wouldn't get a vaccine. I won't make you comment on the minister's comment, but are you confident that you can keep confidential the information that, let's say, Pfizer had concerns about?

Health committee  Do you anticipate a delivery schedule for vaccines being something that you would redact?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, who will be paying for the COVID-19 vaccine, the provinces or the federal government?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, what will the cost to various levels of government, of deploying the COVID-19 vaccine, be?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, how many times has the minister been briefed on the status of the renovations and constructions at the Montreal NRC facility that is slated to produce COVID vaccines?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, would the minister say it is correct that at this point in time today, we have zero doses per capita of any COVID-19 vaccine?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, do we have zero doses of vaccine right now?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, there were some challenges with the procurement of PPE, in that supplies were being stolen off of tarmacs and planes were coming back to Canada empty. Has the minister worked with the department of defence on securing vaccines for transport to Canada?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, on what date were procurement contracts issued for freezers for the Pfizer vaccine?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, is a certain number of freezers required before Pfizer will ship us any doses of the vaccine?

Business of Supply  Madam Chair, I am just assuming that Pfizer would want to have freezers in place before it shipped the vaccine to us. Is that part of the contract, a certain number of freezers?
