Canada's Contribution to the Effort to Combat ISIL  Madam Speaker, we can all agree that the atrocities committed by ISIL are barbaric and unacceptable. That is why we have decided to join forces as a coalition to address that terrorism.

Canada's Contribution to the Effort to Combat ISIL  Mr. Speaker, as a member of this House and the parent of two children currently serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, rest assured I have complete confidence in both our Prime Minister and our Minister of National Defence in the decision to play a part in a coalition. Can the member across please explain to the House how she does not understand that we are part of a coalition, and look the family members of Canadian Forces in the eye and tell us that they are not doing enough.

Business of Supply  Mr. Speaker, I would like to thank my colleague opposite. My colleague mentioned that the energy east pipeline is shovel-ready. I would like the member to explain how the previous government did not get social licence for this project and the fact that there were five major oil spills in Alberta alone between 2011 and 2015, which again reinforces the concern of Canadians from coast to coast to coast.

Business of Supply  Mr. Chair, I would like to thank the people of Longueuil—Charles-LeMoyne for their support in the most recent election. I know this is a provincial jurisdiction, but in terms of integrating the Syrian refugees into Canada, helping them to find good jobs and retaining those good jobs, are there are any plans to work with the provinces on the recognition of foreign credentials, whether through the PLAR, prior learning assessment and recognition for the rest of Canada, or Reconnaissance des acquis et des compétences in Quebéc?
