I was also pleased to hear the parliamentary secretary confirm that there will not be a tax on Netflix.

Taxation  Mr. Speaker, I am pleased to rise in the House today to revisit the question I asked the Minister of Canadian Heritage on October 31 of last year. That is over three months ago. I asked the minister about a tax credit that was quietly brought forward by the Liberal government that would benefit talk shows.

Budget Implementation Act, 2016, No. 2  Madam Speaker, I have a question about the infrastructure bank. The budget includes $15 billion to initially fund that bank. There is another $20 billion that would be generated by leveraging up assets that Canada owns. On top of that, we are going to invite foreign investment into our country to fund public infrastructure, to the tune of $180 billion, and give them a rate of return of 7% to 8%.
