Welcome to the continuation of our testimony on the situations in Somalia, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. We are joined today by two witnesses from the Federal Government of Somalia. Thank you, gentlemen, for being here.

Parliamentarians from all parties are concerned about the rapid deterioration, the ongoing human rights abuses, the humanitarian crisis and particularly the displacement of Venezuelans, which is turning into one of the most severe crises ever experienced in the Americas.
