Public Accounts committee  Sir, they absolutely do. Security is a command responsibility. From the Chief of Defence Staff all the way down, commanders are seized of the importance of security. I would say that we have to inculcate a culture of security within the Canadian Forces and indeed with the Department of National Defence.
