International Trade committee  I can expand somewhat on that. It's not my area of speciality. Mr. Stephenson has followed it a lot more closely. For many years, the dynamic has been that the coalition will lobby Congress quite hard and also lobby at the local level through governors to try to apply pressure to the administration to do what it wants.

International Trade committee  Perhaps I could supplement that somewhat. There are two areas where we're engaged in regulatory cooperation discussions with the United States. One is in the context of the SPP through the regulatory cooperation framework. The other is in the context of the NAFTA work plan, where we're working on sectors and looking at areas where there are ways to either share data or harmonize regulations.
