What you'll see is that it's a labour-intensive business, and this speaks to the challenge I was asked about earlier, in that because it is such a labour-intensive business and because there are fixed facility operating costs, this is where the major challenge is for museums.

We are assuming that when you talk about local museums, you're generally speaking about museums in what we classify as the small and medium sizes. The kinds of support we provide differ between the various levels of government.
