To answer your question specifically, it was at the provincial level—at times the municipal level, but more so at the provincial level—where we were working with ministries of education to help bring the WE schools and WE Day program directly to the provinces.

It was one of two plaques for a school that was built in Kenya. Four schools in total were built. Two had plaques and one was, unfortunately, changed.

It's up to 100,000 students, up to $5,000 per student if the maximum number were reached, so 100,000 times $5,000 is $500 million. The remaining amount was up to that amount if all 100,000 students participated in the running of the program.
