Natural Resources committee  I've had no indication from developers, from the local industry or from people I deal with on a day-to-day basis that this bill has had any effect. It has not been mentioned to me in any way, shape or form that this bill had that impact, nor am I shocked that there were no bids this year.

Natural Resources committee  No. I can give you only my particular view that I don't believe this particular section or legislation has had that effect, and I can go only by the commentary that is made to me. I will say that, generally, in my three and a half years in this role, most operators or people in the industry do not shy away from telling me how they feel.

We've been moving forward with onshore wind development. This legislation will allow us to move forward with the development of our offshore renewable energy.
