Indigenous and Northern Affairs committee  I'll start, and then I'll turn to my colleague Isabelle Quintal to answer that question. Indigenous and Northern Affairs committee  Let me explain. This capacity building is like the beginning of the road. This is the visioning part. The 10-year agreement is once the coordination agreement has been executed. It depends on what the community wants to do. Several of those agreements are 10-year long-term agreements.
