Chirping back and forth while someone is trying to answer or ask a question makes it difficult for the Speaker. We do not want to upset the Speaker now, do we?

Armed Forces Day in North Bay  Mr. Speaker, yesterday my hometown of North Bay, Ontario, hosted the eighth annual Armed Forces Day. It is an opportunity to celebrate the important relationship between the city's military and civilian communities. It is one of the largest celebrations of its kind in Canada, with air demonstrations and ground displays.
