Official Languages committee  Thank you, Mr. Chair. We're aware of the complaints filed against the department concerning official languages, and we take them very seriously. We assess them on a case‑by‑case basis. The quality of French is a major concern of ours. It's important that we be able to communicate with our clients in both official languages, and in high-quality, error-free French.
