Canada Labour Code  Before we go on, I want to remind all hon. members of the House that, at 1:55 p.m., there will be an emergency test on all of our cell phones and computers. This is a nation-wide test. I would ask members who have a cell phone or a computer with them to turn those devices off or take them outside the House so as not to unduly disrupt proceedings.
