I was present, as I said in my statement, at all of the detainee interviews, and Canadian Forces detainees. So I would have been present, and these comments are familiar to me.

Afghanistan committee  I'm not familiar with any of Mr. Colvin's reports, because I wasn't privy to them and I had no dealings with Mr. Colvin. If you're talking about prisoners, yes, there are prisoners in the Afghan prison system who are juveniles. So that is a true statement. With regard to child detainees, those persons who have been taken by a military force, that has happened from time to time.

I am currently a special projects officer at Stony Mountain Institution.
