Government Operations committee  Absolutely, and as we look at better modelling of our workload in the network, we are taking into account a number of issues related to seasonality, such as tax season and summer student hiring. Public Accounts committee  Thank you for the question. All of our efforts are focused on stabilizing the system. The management action plan that we've prepared in response to this first audit of the Auditor General lays out a number of concrete things that we are doing. We are building capacity, as Madam Lemay mentioned, and you referenced.
