Information & Ethics committee I checked the value of the land with my accountant. We have made a lot of investments. Don't forget that we are located in a commercial zone, not an agricultural zone. All of the land in southern Quebec has been zoned agricultural. You can't build where you want. We have invested a lot in our land.

Thank you for inviting me today to this meeting of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics.
