Official Languages  Mr. Speaker, our government has always been there to defend official languages in Canada. We were the first federal government to recognize that we have a special responsibility to protect French, including in Quebec. That is why we will continue to ensure that the Official Languages Act is respected across the country, including in federal institutions like Canada Post.

Forestry Industry  Mr. Speaker, unlike the leader of the Conservative Party, Quebeckers know full well that the only way to build a stronger future is to protect the economy and the environment at the same time. That is how we are going to create a more prosperous future for Quebeckers and for all Canadians.

Public Services and Procurement  Speaker, Brian Mulroney knew that protecting the environment had nothing to do with raising taxes and eliminating jobs. Moving on to the Liberal scandals, the RCMP commissioner just confirmed that there are now six active criminal investigations into contracts awarded by the NDP-Liberal government. That is on top of the $60-million arrive scam app, which saw $20 million go to two contractors who work out of their basement and do not even do IT work.

Former justice minister David Lametti is still being asked why, for example, he ordered a second trial in the Jacques Delisle case. Jacques Delisle is a former judge who was found guilty of murdering his wife.

Taxation  Last week, the Bloc Québécois voted in favour of a tax hike for Quebec farmers during a food-pricing crisis, a tax hike for home builders during a housing crisis, a tax on doctors during a doctor shortage and a tax on small businesses in Quebec during an economic crisis. Why is the Liberal Bloc always trying to take Quebec's money to feed the massive, centralist Liberal government?

Carbon Pricing  Liberals are fighting to put more money in the pockets of Canadians, and the Conservatives are wrong on this.
