Recognition of Charlottetown as the Birthplace of Confederation Act  Mr. Speaker, I want to compliment my colleague across the way. I had the opportunity to go to Prince Edward Island with our caucus. Islanders have such a huge sense of pride in the island and the fact of Confederation. I only need to look at my colleague, the member who just spoke on the bill, and colleagues from the island to see this has great meaning to the community.

Budget Implementation Act, 2017, No. 2  Mr. Speaker, I take an immense amount of pride in the province of Quebec. In fact, my heritage goes back to the province of Quebec. I have had the opportunity to travel there on a number of occasions. One of the things I really appreciate, and it does not matter what province one goes to, is that we have such a wonderful health care system.
