This is an arrangement that went back to the first chief of staff and continued with subsequent chiefs of staff. As far as I know, it continued after I left, but I don't know that for a fact. But the arrangement was in place for the first, second, third, and I was the fourth chief of staff, so I know that they had an arrangement.
