Citizenship and Immigration committee  Our organization has a position on that. We do opposed that bill. A number of people, even if they're recognized as legitimate refugees, will be detained. Even if they're accepted after the whole process, they won't be given travel documents for quite a long time. They're essentially in limbo.

The World Sikh Organization of Canada was established 28 years ago as a national representative body of Canadian Sikhs, and also as a non-profit human rights organization to advocate on behalf of the human rights of all individuals regardless of their background.
