Justice committee  I'm going to ask you to put yourself in the shoes of an MP just for a second. Pretend you're on this committee and you're given this 306-page bill, and comprehensive sentencing reform seems to be a mirage in the present context. What would you do? Is this bill salvageable in any capacity?
