It showed that Mexican cartels control various forms of trafficking at borders, including human trafficking. I think it is important for Canadians to know what the situation is in terms of immigration. According to what you said in the House, the leader of the Bloc Québécois compared migrants to heat pumps and treated migrants like cattle by asking for a fair distribution among the provinces.
