The Budget  Worse still, it keeps borrowing money and paying interest. At the end of the day, we cannot support this bill. More than that, we will vote against it and consider that a vote of non-confidence, because it is over. We do not have confidence in this government. After nine years, we have more and more evidence of that.

The Budget  Now, he is presenting a budget with $50 billion in additional inflationary spending, while repeating the same election promises he has failed to keep for a decade. That is why this budget and this Prime Minister are not worth the cost. We will be voting against this budget to show the government that we have lost confidence in it. The Conservative Party has a common-sense plan: axe the tax, build the homes, fix the budget and stop the crime.

The Budget  We are spending more on interest on the national debt than we are on health. That is why common-sense Conservatives will be voting against this pyromaniac firefighter who is pouring fuel instead of water on the inflationary fire he has set. This is the ninth deficit after the Prime Minister promised the budget would balance itself, and what did he do with the money?

The Budget  This is another example of massive waste. That is why common-sense Conservatives are going to vote against the budget and in favour of an election that will allow Canadians to choose a party that will axe the tax, build the homes, fix the budget and stop the crime. That is common sense.

Pharmacare Act  We are giving it an out. We are giving it a pass. It can accept the amendment from my colleague and vote against this and allow us to have a bit more consultation and to have some real conversations about this. However, government members are not concerned about that. They want to bully through.

Public Services and Procurement  We know that every step of the way the Liberals have tried to cover it up, like how that minister and everyone on front bench, and right to the back, voted against having the Auditor General investigate. The question is very simple. These yo-yos working out of a basement were paid tens of millions of dollars and did no actual work. What did they give the Liberals in exchange for that sweetheart deal?

Pharmacare Act  Madam Speaker, I would like to thank my colleague for his passionate and factual remarks opposing the costly Liberal-NDP coalition and all its ridiculous programs. My question is this: When the Bloc Québécois has the opportunity, will it vote against the budget, the government and the costly coalition?

Public Services and Procurement  The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance is going to present the budget tomorrow. How did the cabinet vote? How did Liberal members vote? They voted against having the Auditor General investigate this latest scandal. It is hard not to feel disappointed in one's government when there is a new scandal every day. On that, the Prime Minister and I agree.

Committees of the House  Madam Speaker, I do want to mention, respectfully to the member, that in 2018, when I put forward this motion, every present member of the NDP voted against my motion to list the IRGC as a terrorist organization. At least they were more honest than the Liberals who voted in favour of the motion but then did not do it. The member says that the NDP is supportive of listing the IRGC, which is news to me.

Canadian Sustainable Jobs Act  If members did not believe before that the just transition would be anything but fair and equitable for Canadians, now they know for sure. What would be the reason for voting against all these changes, changes calling for measures to improve affordability and to create economic opportunities for indigenous communities? They even rejected a Bloc amendment because it sought to preserve existing jobs.

Committees of the House  The member wants to talk about votes. In 2014 and 2015, when he was a member of the third party, he voted against Operation Unifier. Let us also remember that with respect to salaries, we voted against them because we lost confidence in the government and there was not enough money for our troops, because now they are lined up at food banks.

National Defence committee  I'm prepared to allow this to go to a vote and let the chips fall where they may. If he doesn't like the amendment, he's welcome to vote against it, and we'll vote for it unamended. Just as Ms. Mathyssen said, the point is that the Minister of National Defence is the person ultimately responsible, and he should be named in this motion.

Canadian Sustainable Jobs Act  Pipelines and energy corridors are items of critical national importance and interest for the long-term viability not only of northeastern Alberta but also of Canada and the world. I urge every member of this chamber to vote against this disastrous bill, Bill C-50.

Carbon Pricing  We have taken every opportunity to get the government to axe the tax, voting non-confidence in it 135 times and voting against the Liberal budget. Provided that it continues to support a carbon tax, we will continue to vote non-confidence in the government. Conservatives will not stop fighting for Canadians.

National Defence committee  I'd simply say to Mr. Fisher that he's welcome to vote against it if he doesn't agree with the principle that we hold the Minister of National Defence responsible for that, which is his responsibility as minister.
