Justice committee  I don't necessarily take a position on supporting or not supporting the legalization. My main concern is with educating youth and educating communities on the potential impacts of impaired driving under the influence of marijuana.

Justice committee  Not necessarily, but even at roadblocks the way a racialized minority is treated may differ from the way a majority member is treated. Actually, what it might do is serve to just diminish the appearance of discrimination, but not actually the discrimination, so that's a concern.
