Finance committee  I think the key issue is that the tax cuts and those other initiatives are not mutually exclusive. It's our opinion, and I think historical evidence will show, that the key to having the money to fund all those other priorities is to have a growing economy, and that you can only have that when people feel the investment climate is one in which their efforts will be rewarded.
