Human Resources committee  I have to disagree with something Ms. Carbonneau just said, because essential service as it's known in Quebec is not exactly the same thing as what operates in Canada. In Canada, you need to have imminent danger for the safety and health of the public, and this would include various things, but it would not include public transportation as you have in Quebec, where it's called an essential service regardless of whether or not it touches health and safety.
