Indigenous and Northern Affairs committee  I would agree with Rosalind Calihoo, to insert the definition of “first nation” in clause 2 of the bill, because it's limited to bands, as defined by the Indian Act, and that excludes our community. So mine is the same as Chief Calihoo's.
