International Trade committee  For one, I think there are different forms of engagement that a country can have with Colombia. You don't have to engage through trade. You can engage through assistance and many other ways that would be more productive and would not raise these questions of whether you are engaging in trade with a country where workers' rights are being violated.

International Trade committee  I will address the first question, the issue of the number of killings and who they're attributed to. As I said before, in the overwhelming majority of cases there have been no convictions. The cases have never been investigated. But in the majority of cases where there have been convictions, where the perpetrator has been identified, the perpetrator is a member of a paramilitary group.
