Finance committee  It refers to assistance provided to victims in the aftermath of an emergency. We just had to shut down our offices in New Brunswick, following the floods. In this context, I'm referring to caring for victims.

Finance committee  We're not looking at enlarging it, really, and that was clear in the presentation. We're talking about the ones who deal in emergency. We're going to increase that group to maybe 10,000 in the years to come in terms of capacity, but it doesn't touch all volunteers.
