Justice committee  If I could just add one small point, the pictures that you saw were clearly a criminal act, in my view. It wouldn't have been covered under section 13. But I would like to just propose to you that had we used civil procedures as an example of how to deal with hateful messages, perhaps--nobody really knows--the use of the law itself would have a salutary effect.

Justice committee  I would like to add one small piece to this. I don't want us to forget that it was only 60 to 65 years ago that one of the worst mass genocides in modern history took place—the murder of six million Jewish men, women, and children. There are people alive today who still suffer because of that.
