Finance committee  Certainly, that's not my understanding in terms of taking on more risk. I think our asset mix changes move us more into the private markets, infrastructure, and real estate. We're shifting that so that we have long-term stable returns.

Finance committee  OMERS, as I have mentioned in my report, has the ability to do third-party fund management and third-party administration for all types of pension plans in Canada. We are currently building that infrastructure in order to be able to deliver on that.
