Afghanistan committee  I thought I would do a very brief introduction. We want to get to the meat of the report, which will be handled by Jennifer. To begin, I'll give just a very quick history of where we came to what we are today. CARE has been involved in Afghanistan for a very long time. We have been working, fighting poverty there, for 50 years now.
