Health committee  I'll add to that by saying that I concur; I think all board members, both past and present, are fully committed to moving forward on our obligations under the act. We did not anticipate at this point in time that we would be not licensing. That's, I guess, a given. I've been on a number of boards as well, and I will point out that I certainly I have received information in a timely manner.
