Public Safety committee  It's our view that current measures in the Criminal Code are sufficient and adequate to the task, so we also disagree that there is a gap that needs to be filled by legislation such as Bill C-17.

Transport committee  I think if it were at all possible to avoid enacting it in its current state, yes, we would encourage that. However, we are not ignorant of the commercial realities that are at play as well.
