These are the people who are on my mind.

Health committee  First of all, I want to repeat what I said earlier. The expertise that we have acquired since 1983 is of a technical, not scientific, nature. Our mission has been focused on promoting organ donation and recognizing donors, encouraging them to join the cause and ensuring medical assistance throughout Quebec.

Health committee  Madam Chair, distinguished guests and members of the Standing Committee on Health, I'd like to begin by telling you a little about the Canadian Organ Donors Association, or CODA. Since its founding in December 1983, CODA has been working in the community to carry out its mission to promote organ and tissue donation and to ensure national recognition of deceased donors, either posthumously or during their lifetime.
