Human Resources committee  Yes, employers need help making that connection. Services such as ours are critical in making the connection between the employer and someone with a disability. There aren't a lot of services available that offer that specifically for people with disabilities. That has declined.

Once the individual has been in the workplace, the employee with a disability has just blossomed in terms of their abilities and their self-confiden
