Human Resources committee  Yes, employers need help making that connection. Services such as ours are critical in making the connection between the employer and someone with a disability. There aren't a lot of services available that offer that specifically for people with disabilities. That has declined.

Tied to that is also education about what accommodations are, because we find that employers don't really understand what they are, so they come up with their own ideas of what they perceive to be accommodation.
