Canadian Heritage committee  Let me answer that question. It depends on the playing field we have. There are more services and more music on offer, and more music is being broadcast. But the pie is still the same size; the amount of money is the same. If we allow those distribution services to proliferate without establishing very precise parameters, how will we be able to contribute to Canadian culture, to support artists?
