I think that from our perspective, we work predominantly with the small and medium-sized processors, growers, value-adders. The costs will be incurred. It will be passed down the value chain, without a doubt. It will be a challenge for them.

In terms of the challenge, and meeting that challenge, the SMEs in the food and beverage sector that we see typically lack the resources and capabilities to scale up production, as Marc mentioned. The way that Niagara College, and the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College, can really advance the food and beverage sector across Canada and locally is to expand on our ability to develop products with industry and move towards the more commercialization side of things.
