International Trade committee  My major concern about the Trans-Pacific Partnership is that it is an improvement on NAFTA from one perspective, and not an improvement from another perspective. It's an improvement from an investor perspective. The concern is the fact that the ISDS mechanism is a mechanism that's placed in the governance system, and it shouldn't be there.
