Electoral Reform committee  Thank you, Mr. Chair. Good afternoon, members of the committee. I heard a commentary on Radio-Canada that said that demographic change in Quebec was soon going to mean that when an election is held, the baby boomer generation, generation X and generation Y will each represent one third of electors.

Electoral Reform committee  I am in favour of plain common sense.
