Government Operations committee  I'd like to chime in for a second. There is a grey area in terms of seniors. There are seniors who are not at the stage of either dementia or Alzheimer's; they haven't been diagnosed. Whatever system that we put in place, we have to keep in mind that they are still functioning the way they normally function, except they do have some cognitive disabilities.
