Electoral Reform committee  I won't repeat the arguments that have already been put forward in favour of the mixed proportional voting system, in favour of mandatory voting, in favour Internet voting, and so on. I think that is progressive and would be a sign of progress. I would like to establish a parallel between our society and our voting system.
