Electoral Reform committee  First, I'd like to thank everyone on the committee for travelling to Vancouver. I know it's a bit of a trek from Ottawa. I'm a 26-year-old. I've gone through three elections. I've voted in only two. I couldn't get to the polling station in time for my first one, so I missed out
