Electoral Reform committee  Hi. We're using a lot of words tonight. I'd like to cover accountability, ability, parity, clarity, and mandate. First, I'd like to clear up one word that we're all using in a certain negative way. We keep talking over and over again about voter apathy, youth apathy, and apath
