Electoral Reform committee  I guess I'm one of those who believes this system doesn't work. I'm an immigrant. I came here when I was 15. My parents brought me. I didn't get my citizenship until maybe three years ago, after three years of waiting. It took a while—great—and I voted in the last election. W
