Electoral Reform committee  Hi. My name is Darian Bittle, and I strongly support a referendum. The voting system belongs to the people of Canada, not just the few who can come to a committee meeting or a town hall. A referendum guarantees that everyone's voice is heard. Anything else would be undemocratic.
