Finance committee  Thank you, Mr. Chair. My name is Katherine McDowell, and I'm the current president of the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association. With me is our past president Adil Mawji. We are both licensed and practising mortgage brokers in the province of Alberta. Also joining us is our exec
